Stone Crusher TRITONE with red loading hopper and control panel

Stone Crusher TRITONE

The jaw stone crusher model TRITONE is a machine designed and built to allow the crushing of marble, granite and similar materials. It has been developed to reduce stone waste (inert debris) into usable gravel.
The TRITONE crusher recycles the waste and converts it so that it can be used in a different way. This transformation also allows marble factories and similar plants to avoid submitting the annual MUD declaration (special waste) to their chamber of commerce.
The frame of the jaw stone crusher model TRITONE is made of cast iron, subjected to a sandblasting treatment and then coated with epoxy paint. The jaws used to crush the material are heat treated to achieve a hardness of 60 HRC, ensuring a long service life.
In this new model both jaws can move to improve the efficiency.
