With three generations in the stone industry and a heritage of machine manufacturing since 1986, the Toniolo family behind AitalMAC holds a long series of patents and ships its machines to Europe, America and customers worldwide.
AitalMAC is proud to present our automated manufacturing process powered by networked machines. Parts are processed sequentially by multiple machines, with each performing one or more operations. The machine configuration can be customized based on the production process, output volume, and factory layout. As skilled labor becomes increasingly scarce, automation is no longer optional — it’s essential. Our smart systems reduce reliance on manual labor, improve consistency, and create a safer, more efficient working environment.
The in-house manufacture of hardware and software enables us to build fast, efficient and highly stable systems: we developed our own operating system based on UNIX, and we use proprietary technology on our in-house manufactured CNC controllers to run the machines. Since 2014, all our machines are equipped with a hardware monitoring system — similar to those adopted by the aviation industry — enabling our 24/7 assistance service to remotely diagnose any machine. We also build the machines with plug & play components, so you can obtain and replace the needed parts in your own area.
