Automatic belt edge polishing machine
The EDGE POLISHER 8+4 is a new model of vertical polisher. This multi-spindle machine is the first in the world to be made in cast iron; the cast iron structure guarantees perfect stability that is impossible for a steel frame. The machine polishes the edges of marble, granite and artificial stone.
The pressors are double-shaft cylinders with a 150 mm stroke. The rollers are covered with a soft anti-wear plastic material; all the rollers are made entirely in plastic, and they spin on long-life lubrication bearings made of synthetic material with glass balls.
All the spindles are independent: each spindle has its own pressure regulator, and each spindle can be enabled or disabled as needed.
The motorized oscillation moves the spindle group (8 vertical spindles) transversally to the edge, which improves the quality of the polishing and the performance of the machine.
